Terms & Conditions Best Pawtential Dog Training By booking a class, purchasing a training plan, or engaging in 1:1 services with Best Pawtential Dog Training, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. 1. General These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Best Pawtential Dog Training, including group classes, training plans, and 1:1 (121) training sessions. Best Pawtential Dog Training reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. 2. Bookings & Payments • All bookings and training plans must be paid for in advance • Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received • Session credits are non-transferable and have no cash value 3. Refund Policy 3.1 Refund Eligibility • Purchases of training plans or 1:1 (121) bookings may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, should you decide you no longer wish to use our services • Refund requests must be made within this 48-hour window
